Learn about the origins, cultural significances, and recipes of dishes from China, Hong Kong, and Vietnam! You are invited to watch, cook, and ask questions in this interactive, student-led cooking show.

02/01 | Fried Rice:
Fried rice is a staple dish in any Asian household, with each family making their own version. We will be making Chinese-style egg fried rice (蛋炒饭) and sharing a little about its origin and cultural significance along the way.

02/08 | Chè Thái:
Chè Thái is a Vietnamese fruit cocktail made with coconut milk. It is simple to put together and endlessly customizable. Join us and learn how to make your own!

02/15 | Coconut Mango Sago:
Coconut Mango Sago is a dessert/drink that originates from Hong Kong. Learn its interesting, mythic origins and make the dish alongside us!
